Our Return & Warranty Policies
  • All the items sold by carry 1 month SELLER WARRANTY only for Unused Products issues.
  • Distributors & Supplier Client or Retailer is responsible for all the shipping charges if there any returns and the product be repaired and sent back.
  • In case Product not available/ out of stock, Full refund will be given to the Distributors & Supplier or Retailers.
  • Any items which are returned and that shows wear and tear or improper use/damaged, we will not entertain this and will be shipped back to the customer.
  • If an Item is Defective, please ensure that the item is sent back to us within 7 days from the date it is received.
  • Sending charges needs to be borne by the customer.
  • If you are not satisfied with the product or service, please ensure to contact us before giving us neutral or negative feedback.
  • Our resolution team will try our best to solve your problem.
  • All our Imported products are 100% Genuine and all the Customs are duly paid, vat paid (the product seal might be open at customs)
  • We do not deal with Grey market/Smuggled products.
